Archery Tag – ATCX Experience
Archery tag is best described as a cross between dodgeball and paintball – with bow and arrow! Arrows will be equipped with special foam tips, meaning no pain or bruises. Action and sensation guaranteed!
Atsusacon Ninja Tag – Atsusacon
Can you disable your opponents with swift and precise movements like a ninja? Are you a master of anticipating and avoiding your opponent’s attacks? Atsusacon presents: Ninja tag! Join their competition to release your inner Ninja.
Craft Corner – Abunai!
In the craft corner you can draw, color, sculpt, clay, and craft to your heart’s content. Lookers-on are also welcome, as are visitors who just wish to chill in a cozy corner.
Escape Room – CCM Events
Beat CCM’s all-new Escape Room! It’s a race against the clock to conquer the land of Kitsunia and defeat the opposing team by solving puzzles and riddles.
You will need to register at their sign-up desk to enter. Signing up can be done from 14:00 on Friday and starting 10 o’clock on Saturday and Sunday. Their sign-up desk is located at the entrance of the escape room.

Evil Otaku Quiz – Kinjin
Kinjin Events presents: the evil otaku quiz. Only a true anime/manga fan can overcome all the evil rules Kinjin came up with. Here’s a hint to help you out: trust no one. Copying your opponent’s answer can be quite dangerous…
Drawing Room – 2Draw
2Draw will be hosting a drawing room where you can sit back and draw manga, comics and anything else you fancy. Their enthusiastic artists will answer your burning questions regarding drawing or writing. 2Draw will also offer workshops that focus on specific drawing and writing subjects, such as character design, faces, body, and writing.
Golden Dance Marathon – Super Golden Events
Super Golden Events will be hosting a dance marathon. Join the marathon by copying the dance instructors, no dancing skills required. This year’s marathon is a selection of parapara, J-Pop, K-Pop, C-Pop, and Vocaloid! dances.
House of Cards
House of Cards is the place to be for card game lovers. In their area they’ll be hosting Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, Cardfight Vanguard, Ascension and Marvel Legendary. They have a specialist at hand for each card game so there is always someone around to help you. You can also borrow board games to play!
In addition, they will also host workshops and tournaments. Some tournaments may require a participation fee.

Japan Feud – Kinjin
Kinjin Events asked people to fill a questionnaire with exciting topics ranging from anime, manga and games to technology, tradition and nature… Will you be able to guess the answers? Take on the challenge or come and watch contestants fight for the prize in this TV-show inspired event!
Japanese Beer Tasting – Nosawa
Nosawa has a collection of beer all the way from Japan for you to taste! Join them and discover the flavors Japanese beer has to offer. Signing up is required beforehand, you will need to pay a fee to attend. Please note that you can only attend this activity if you’re over 18 (legal drinking age in Holland).
Jan-Ken-Pon – Kinjin
Jan-Ken-Pon is the Japanese version of Rock-Paper-Scissors. Your reflexes, speed, luck and judgment skills are put to the test in this exciting tournament! New rules, more variation and several challenges make this tournament even more exciting. Will you become the new Jan-Ken-Pon champion?
Karaoke – Soramimi Karaoke
Follow the sound of songs and explore this dark dungeon. Whether you want to listen to the song of sirens or want to take a break with your group of weary explorers, fun is ensured at the Soramimi Karaoke bar. The Soramimi Karaoke bar can be found in the Metrobar. The Metrobar is located in the basement near the hotel’s service desk.
Kumihimo Workshop – MangaKissa
Kumihimo is the centuries old Japanese art of braiding with a special disc. By stringing strands of yarn on the disc and moving the strands over each other in a specific pattern, a cord is created. With this technique you can easily create a really cool bracelet or keychain!
During this workshop, all materials are provided and experienced guidance is available. It will take you about 1 – 1.5 hours to create your own piece. The workshop is given continuously, so pop in the MangaKissa and start creating!
Note: the attendance fee is €2, MangaKissa supporters can join for free.
The MangaKissa is the place to be to get some rest, read some manga, take a look at the swag you bought or to attend one of their events. Whatever your reason, the MangaKissa is a must to visit during the convention!

Meet and Greet Panda-chan – Tofu Cute
He’s travelled all the way from the United Kingdom, probably inside something small, cramped and very uncomfortable. Why? Because he is dedicated to his fans, that’s why. It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for: meet and greet, the fabulous, mysterious Panda-chan!
Ninja Tag – Dylan
Are you swift, flexible or just very smooth with your moves? Then join a fun game of ninja tag!
Nippon Bingo – Kinjin
Bingo at a Japanese culture convention?! You read that right: it’s bingo with a Nippon twist. All items you cross off are related to Japan. Be sure to join the Nippon Bingo if you’re feeling lucky and ready to laugh!
Photobooth – NozLan
NoZLan, a group of anime and cosplay enthusiasts, will host a photobooth. All visitors will be given the opportunity to get their picture taken at Abunai! in optimal conditions. Most photos are published on their website for free. It is also possible to print your picture(s) at their booth for a small fee. On Friday, NozLan offers visitors a 20% discount on photographs.
Photographer vs. Model – Core Focus Photography
Photographers bring your camera, models, and your best outfit! Register now for the Photographer vs. Model speed date and build a nice portfolio quickly. Core Focus brings photographers and models together so they can take great pictures together in multiple professional photo shoot sets. We’ll answer all your questions during these photo shoots. You bring your camera’s and outfits, we’ll bring the sets. Success guaranteed!
Pub quiz – MangaKissa
Come and test your knowledge in this free-for-all quiz at the MangaKissa. The questions will be asked using the app Kahoot!, so anyone in the room with a smartphone can participate. Make sure your phone’s charged! Of course there’s a surprise for the winner.
Rainbow Twister Morning Gymnastics – MangaKissa
The more intimate edition of Twister! Join with your friends and prepare to place your hands and feet not only on unicorns, nyan cats or fluffy bunnies, but also on your friends. Prove that your team is the most touchy-feely!

Japanese snack and kawaii goodies vendor Tofu Cute will host a snack panel. Prepare to be tempted with fun games, tasty facts, and lots of exciting and delicious snacks straight from Japan!
The Stories of Japan – Een verhaal van Gerard
Japan is a land of stories… ancient Shinto legends, Buddhist tales of wisdom, fables of strange creatures like the tanuki and the kitsune, stories of samurai and geisha. Gerard Jellema is a Dutch storyteller with a heart for Japan. He will share some of his best stories of Japan with you.
Tea Ceremony – Ambaran
Escape the busy convention by joining Ambaran art group’s tea ceremony. The ceremony in its simplest form is called oboncha, meaning “tea on the tray”. You can either participate in or watch the ceremony. The ceremony will be on a first-come first-serve basis depending on the location.
Throwback Time, Text Adventure! – MangaKissa
Do you still have fond memories of games where you entered specific instructions to get the result you wanted? Where you had to type out the whole action you wanted to happen? Then this might be the event for you!
In this real-life text adventure, MangaKissa will take the role of the computer. You shout the instructions and they parse them as best as possible. “Use axe” “You use the axe to scratch your back. You die”. Will you be able to safely deliver the package to the client in the spooky manor?
Wake Up Martial Arts – Aiko Ando School
How fast do you wake up when you’re attacked by a sword? To find out, make sure you join Aiko Ando School’s Wake Up Martial Arts event. They’ll give you a sword and together you’ll make a fresh start of the day.
