Cosplay Workshop

The cosplay workshop was a huge success last year, so we decided to do it again. After the workshop you will fit right in with the theme of the convention: ancient Japan.

Go Workshop

The go club from Enschede Drienerlo will teach anybody who wants to know the very few and very simple rules that make up this quite complicated game. This game, which most people know from the hit series Hikaru no Go, is very popular in Japan, China and Korea.

The go workshop is organized by the Drienerlose Go Vereniging, and they are at this very moment the champion in the Dutch club competition.

About noon you can join in the go simultaneous with Rudi Verhagen. Rudi Verhagen is 5th dan, and Dutch champion in fast-go. Don't miss this chance to learn from the master!

Manga Workshops

This year there will be multiple manga workshops handling different subjects. Circles who will be giving a workshop are Goldfish Factory, Cheesecake and OpenMinded. For a more detailed description of their workshops, for as far as they are already available, read on.

Goldfish Factory: Colouring Illustrations and Drawing Mecha

Andre and Claire, from the circle Goldfish Factory, will show how to create coloured illustrations, from scratch and with the aid of video projection. Andre will handle colouring in aquarel, and Clair will show how to do it by computer with photoshop. There will also be a drawing of mecha live 'on stage' focussing on technical mecha drawing techniques.
