At what time does Abunai! open?

We open our doors at 14:00 on Friday, and at 10.00 on Saturday and Sunday.

Do you have information about the bus times to and from the convention?

We will have the information available for you at the info desk at the convention. For now we advise you to check 9292ov.nl

What time can I check in at the hotel?

You can check in at 15:00.

which time do I have to check out at the hotel?

You need to check out of the hotel before 12:00. The hotel also offers an option to delay the check-out until 17:00. This option is only available at the check-in of the hotel at the weekend of the convention and has only limited availability. Abunai! does not offer this option in the registration system.

At which entrance can I check in?

We advise you to check in at Abunai! first which is the entrance at the Benelux foyer, since we open our doors at 14:00. From 15:00 onwards, you can check in at the hotel which is at main entrance.

Do I need to pay for parking at the convention grounds / hotel?

No, all the parking spaces are free and there is plenty of parking space available.

Can I bring food/drinks from home?

You are not allowed to bring your own food/drinks from home to the NH Koningshof. The hotel does not allow this. Exceptions can be made for medical reasons, but permission has to be gotten before the convention using our Contact Form.
