Abunai! only provides the option to sleep at NH Koningshof itself; there are camping spots available but you will need to arrange these yourself.

Yes it is possible to be in your hotel room during the convention.

Yes. Abunai! will not look for a roommate for you. You will have to find a roommate yourself. Only one of you will pay directly for the room. How you divide the total cost of the room is up to you.
