Roderick Leeuwenhart presented his newest book today. Pindakaas & Sushi 3 follows protagonist Marle’s (mis)adventures after her trip to Japan and her struggle to survive the first year of her Japanese Studies while trying to repair her broken friendships.
Fittingly, the presentation was held at SieboldHuis, a museum dedicated to all things Japanese. The book will officially launch the 19th of February.

Some of you might still feel out of this world, but sadly Abunai! 2016: Beyond the Stars is over. We would like to thank everyone who assisted in the preparation and execution of our festival. We have no final numbers yet, but over 4800 unique visitors have visited Abunai! It was a hot weekend of course, but we hope everyone had a good time despite the heat.
We’ve received a lot of both positive and constructive feedback during and after the weekend. If you still have some feedback about this year’s convention, suggestions for improvement or new ideas you’d love to see, feel free to contact us at: email@example.com
Meanwhile we’re already making preparations for next year’s Abunai! which will once again be held at NH Koningshof from Friday August 25th till Sunday August 27th. The theme for 2017 will be all about Samurai, Geisha and the Bushidō, bringing you both martial arts and a trip through history. We hope to see you all again next year at our 15th edition: Abunai! 2017: History in the Making!
